You want Shadow to fine a line in the constitution that talks about you abusing the constitution for your own personal gain, NLSP?

Spoiler:
Congress:
* Congress will be decided upon game mechanics of Congressional elections.
* Everbody can start a debate that will take at least 24 hours
* After 24 hours debating, the CM that started the debate can start the vote topic. Minimum vote time: 24 hours and max 72 hours stated in the first post. You can vote YES, NO or ABSTAIN
* Proposals can enter voting before the 24h of discussion are up if a motion of cloture is made by 3 Congress member, this is not able by constitution votes.
* A vote about changing/adding something to the constitution needs a 2/3 majority of all Congress members.
* Congress can impeach the President, but not his cabinet.
* Laws can be added, in the laws has to be stated how much votes it will take to change it in the future.

Government:
* The President will be decided upon game mechanics of Presidential elections.
* The President chooses his Cabinet.

Directors:
* Only 6 Rank 1 Directors will be allowed
* Rank 1 Directors will be responsible for maintaining forum etiquette, masking citizens, ambassadors, congress members, and etc.
* Rank 1 Directors will have full authority to staff Rank 2 or lower Directors.
* Congress can remove any Directors of any rank.
* Rank 2 Directors are to assist Rank 1 Directors in maintaining forum etiquette.
* Directors may not lock voting threads unless time for voting has ended.
* Directors are not allowed to change proposals, votes and laws of eBelgium by editing the post without Congress approval.

I would be pleased to know where it stands in our constitution...

It is surprising that a SC does not know the law. It is surprising that the SC that "received" the case which is not a real case but me stating the law. The law is clear, this must be follow through. Advisers are Ministers. They have the same access to information. It is both "tradition" and law that advisers are ministers.

If the SC does not prevent Mittekemuis from being an adviser unless she gives up her citizenship and post in foreign governments and to strip ThomasRed of all access from the government (for base on the law, he is never in gov in the first place), the court failed in its responsibility and is abusing their powers... again.

(...) law (...) law (...) law (...)
thank you for using the term LAW and not CONSTITUTION.
Many here claim that ward did something against the constitution, however the only thing that can be said is that he followed an interpretation of a law, where the SC has to speak about still...

No special forum access was requested here nor apparently needed for mittekemuis to post in Congress. She's a Friend of Congress and has that mask.

FYI: the SC case is here - http://www.erepbelgium.com/t4797-illegal-ministers - since the topic is locked, my somewhat full reply is here - http://www.erepbelgium.com/t4793-update-foreign-affairs#91402 (and by pm to the Judges). The SC didn't ask additional questions yet.

But she does hold an official position, as TR does. This influences people when official gov members state an opinion. Clearly that shouldn't be the point.

Nobody has problems that you have unofficial advisors. But as soon as you name them as your advisor in an official state newspaper or on an official state thread they aren't unofficial anymore and than they should be eBe citizens. That is all everyone is saying...
